My First Fitness Competition; Lessons Learned The Hard Way

First but not last competition

It was a bitter sweet moment as I came to many realizations about myself. As I awaited in basement of the Hippodrome theater in downtown Baltimore. With 315 other competitors, we awaited for the decisions after that morning's pre-judge.

Welp, I lost.

My fitness journey is not over.

I know what I want , and how hard I need to work to get there. I suggest for anyone who wants to test themselves to go out and compete. Its a great kick in the ass.
