Within the last week alone, Pokémon Go has been the hottest of topics. Breaking straight records outchea, such as accumulating twice as many in-stalls as the popular one night stand app Tinder. Anyhow, over the last week or so, there has been some claims that Pokémon Go is not only a fun game that lures you in to highways and lakes, but it actually claims to gets you fit and active due to the excess walking you will accrue. But are those claims true?
With the New Year comes new resolutions. On top of the list of resolutions ranks "losing weight" which has been the undisputed champ for years now. And lately I've noticed the increasing obsession in the media, from fitness influencers and amongst gym goers, about becoming absolutely shredded.
