Why everyone needs to start using bosu balls


The Bosu ball is great for core strength and stability

Use the Bosu ball with a swiss ball to add an extra layer
of difficulty to your next work out. Strengthen your core, lower back, shoulders and arms by performing this drill.



Variations include 
  • 1 foot
  • 2 feet
  • On toes
  • On knee caps for those who have not yet the strength to go farther
 Hold for 45 - 60 seconds. Do as many sets as you feel necessary
